Passata made from strained tomatoes covers most of what is here, in San Marzano, Orgoglio, and Belgusto versions, plus a plain and an organic option for whoever just wants strained tomatoes without a brand attached.

This is the smooth base most red sauces start from, and we keep a few different ones since everyone seems to have a favourite.
