This section is for anyone cooking, canning, or feeding more than one household: Gala apples by the 40 pound case, avocados and lemons by the full case, and San Marzano passata by six 660 millilitre jars at once. Zucchini, cucumbers, and bell peppers come the same way for restaurants or big batch cooking.

Buying a case still means buying it the way we buy everything, in small frequent orders from the market rather than stacking pallets in a warehouse. Order by noon and the case rides out on the same day's van, anywhere in Montreal.
