About Us

Choose The Fresh One, or CTFO, started delivering fresh fruits and vegetables to homes in April 2020. Since then, we’ve opened our Dorval facility to people wanting to pick up orders directly from us. We’ve expanded our offering from fresh produce, to include a wide variety of refrigerated, frozen, and non-perishable items. We’re a locally-owned small business, with 20+ years of experience in produce wholesale.

We offer same-day delivery on all orders! Delivery is FREE for all orders of $75+. Otherwise, just $10 on the islands of Montreal and Laval, or $15 to all other areas. We serve the entire island of Montreal, as well Laval, the North Shore, the South Shore, and West to the Ontario border.
