This is the freezer and deli case together: prosciutto and Genoa salami for the antipasto board, ground beef and ground turkey for weeknight dinners, chicken breast and chicken legs for the grill, and a lamb spiedini skewer or a filet mignon for the night you want to do it properly.

Most of it comes frozen to protect the cut, not to cut corners. We still buy it in small, frequent lots like everything else in the store, and order by noon still gets it on the same day's van, anywhere in Montreal.
