Fresh bread, bagels, and pastries, delivered anywhere our van goes in Montreal. This is the section our regulars refill every week: sliced white and whole wheat for school lunches, real Montreal-style bagels, croissants for Saturday morning, and pita and tortillas for everything else.

Bakery moves fast, so we buy it in small, frequent batches instead of stacking pallets and hoping. Order by noon and it goes out on the same day's van. That short trip from our shelf to your counter is the whole advantage of buying bread from a neighbourhood market instead of a warehouse.
