The maple sausage comes from a recipe developed in-house by our chef Markus. Our Austrian-born chef uses his know-how to develop authentic European products with local inspiration. This lightly sweetened sausage is made with farm-raised pork and a perfect blend of spices and maple scents. It is guaranteed 100% gluten-free and lactose-free, and no nitrates or phosphates are added during the production process. Pork farmers have adopted breeding methods that enable them to offer consumers lean, nutritious meat that is safe for their health. The animals are fed entirely natural products such as cereals and vitamin and mineral supplements. Furthermore, no growth hormones or drugs are used in pig farming. Maple-wood slow-smoked sausages are pre-cooked, so they don't need long cooking and only need to be reheated. You can prepare them in the oven, in a frying pan or on the barbecue. Just a few minutes of cooking will awaken their flavour. Let yourself be carried away by the local charm!

Our produce comes straight from our wholesale warehouse. We select every item the morning of delivery and keep the cold chain intact from van to door. If anything looks off, we will replace it or refund it. No photos, no runaround.
Order by 10 AM and we deliver the same day to most Montreal zones. Orders after 10 AM ship the next delivery day. You will pick a 2-hour window at checkout and get a text when the driver is on the way.
