Ordering questions, answered
Our produce comes straight from our wholesale warehouse. We select every item the morning of delivery and keep the cold chain intact from van to door. If anything looks off, we will replace it or refund it. No photos, no runaround.
Order by 10 AM and we deliver the same day to most Montreal zones. Orders after 10 AM ship the next delivery day. You will pick a 2-hour window at checkout and get a text when the driver is on the way.
No. Shop whenever you want, in whatever quantity you want. Delivery is a flat $5 and it is free on orders over $35 in West Island or $50 in every other zone.
Message us within 24 hours and we will refund or replace the item on your next order. You do not need to return produce. That is food waste we would rather avoid.
