Bananas and Gala apples come by the 40 pound case here, alongside Quebec apples by the box and Bartlett pears the same way. Strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries come by the case for anyone freezing a summer's worth, and avocados and lemons by the full case for a restaurant kitchen.

We buy this in small, frequent lots just like the rest of the store, and order by noon still gets it on the same day's van.
