Onions & Shallots

Yellow, red, and white onions cover most of the cooking here, with fresh leeks and dried shallots for the recipes that call for something milder, and green onions for the finishing touch. The locally grown bags move fast when they're in.

We order in small, frequent lots, and it leaves on the same day's van when you order by noon.
