Snacking and cooking split this small aisle down the middle: Medjool dates, loose or boxed, and organic dried apricots and organic Thompson raisins for one side, dried guajillo, ancho, and arbol chiles for the other. Organic coconut date rolls cover something a bit sweeter in between.

It is not a large aisle, but it covers both ends of what dried actually means in a kitchen. Order by noon and it goes out with the same day's van.
