Berries & Cherries

Strawberries and blueberries move the fastest here, especially once Quebec strawberries come into season and take over the shelf. Raspberries, blackberries, and both regular and golden cherries fill out the rest.

Berries bruise if you sit on them, so we buy in small, frequent lots and turn the shelf over quickly rather than holding stock.
