Description
Built around 1830 in Bellechasse county, the Rivière des Abénaquis water mill turned to the river`s current until the 1970s. Initially, in honour of the artisanal tradition, its name was exclusively used to identify our stone-ground flours; today, it is associated with a range of organic and conventional products meticulously selected for their taste and nutritional qualities.
