Our Greek Spanakopita Wrap is chock-full of organic spinach mixed with creamy feta and ricotta cheeses and a special blend of spices that will take you all the way back to the Mediterranean. We use organic onions, scallions and garlic and wrap it all up in a delicate and flaky tortilla.
INGREDIENTS: organic spinach, organic unbleached wheat flour, organic zucchini, organic low fat cottage cheese (organic nonfat milk, organic milk, organic cream, sea salt, cultures), filtered water, organic onions, ricotta cheese (pasteurized whey, pasteurized part-skim milk, vinegar, salt), feta cheese (pasteurized milk, culture, salt, enzymes), organic whole wheat flour, expeller pressed high oleic safflower and/or sunflower oil, organic green onions, butter (cream, salt), extra virgin olive oil, organic lemon juice, sea salt, organic garlic, spices, black pepper. contains wheat and milk.
MICROWAVE OVEN Remove overwrap. Place burrito/wrap on a microwave-safe plate. Cover with a microwave-safe plate. Cook for 1 minute. Flip. Cook for 30-45 more seconds. Let sit 1 minute. Serve.
OVEN: Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove overwrap. Wrap burrito/wrap in foil. Bake for 50-55 minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Serve.
